Refund policy

At Mariyah Couture, we want you to love your purchase/s.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request for a return under the following conditions.

  • To start a return, please email mariyahcouture2025@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the packaging included.
  • Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant or any other scents.
  • All return items will be inspected upon arrival. If the return meets the criteria, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mariyahcouture2025@gmail.com 
  • Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and follow the existing returns policy for the original purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at mariyahcouture2025@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • It is advisable to send returns via a traced service with the appropriate coverage for the item's value to ensure customer protection.
